GOOD POINT RECRUITMENT - effective provider of recruitment and workforce solutions in Baltics. Today we are cooperating with one of the biggest and prestigious IT Company Resource Delivery Center in Vilnius to grow its team. CHANGE MANAGER, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. CHANGE MANAGER provides a disciplined process for introducing required changes within the Information Technology (IT) environment, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and services. Delivers change management services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistency of service provisions through the application of processes, procedures, tool sets, roles, and responsibilities. Ensures that requests for change are fully assessed and documented and any associated risks are understood. Assigns teams to conduct request for change impact analysis and risk assessments. Reviews, evaluates, and implements change processes and ensures quality parameters are met. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Represents Change Management for an account. * Works with the other Technical Groups to analyse change management related problems. * Works with the Global Process Owner to ensure global process requirements are met. * Manages the delivery of the Change Management process to the account. * Chairing process related meetings with Delivery Manager/Delivery Executive, Client Delivery Managers, Technical Group representatives and Client representatives as needed. * Maintains a catalogue of service profiles detailing baselines, workload models, risk and issues, bottlenecks and constraints, as appropriate to the Service Offering. * Manages change forecasts and reports. * Manage the production and review of the Change Plans for the account. * Reports on process KPIs and SLAs. * Participates in audits (internal and external) and owns process related action items raised during audits. Identifies opportunities for implementing process Best Practice, where currently lacking. Desired Skills & Experience: * Successful completion of ITIL Version 3 Foundations training (certified) * Fluency in English (spoken/written) is a must. * Solid presentation skills with good verbal skills. * A minimum of 3 years operational support experience. * A minimum of 2 years process support experience. * A minimum of 1 year experience of driving virtual teams within a matrixed organization. * Able to represent CSC professionally to a client. * Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks and decisions. * Sets clear objectives and measures. * Monitors progress and can remediate non-compliance. * Able to achieve positive outcomes under complex and difficult circumstances. * Capable of influencing managers and senior managers * Ability to be flexible with working hours/days to achieve results. * Able to manage complex inter-dependencies between related processes.
