Darbo pobūdis:
Provide operational services related to post trade, Nordic Fund Market and financial back office in general. Support a small number of customers in process- and instruction-driven work tasks.


* Execution of processes /transactions/requests upon request from the customers.
* Delivery of process based and timeline driven actions, related to different types of securities.
* Active communication via phone and email with customer and continuous relationship management.
* Management and maintaining of financial instruments.
* Responsibility for one area of operational services:
* Corporate action monitoring or
* Cash settlement or
* Mutual fund trading support or
* Accounts administration or
* Reconciliation of cash by matching transactions.
* Customer reporting and acting on discrepancies or issues.
* Risk reporting – creating follow up reports and statistics.

* University studies/degree in mathematics/statistics/finance/economics/business administration or equivalent.
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
* Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
* Swedish language skills would be a strong advantage.
* Sufficient user of MS Office applications.
* Advanced user of Excel.
* Knowledge of Corona (Smartsystem), Wizer, NFM, SWIFT, cash settlement systems would be advantage.
* Experience in back office administration, client service roles.
* Knowledge of mutual fund trading, international cash settlement, FX trading, corporate actions would be an advantage.
* Good understanding of different types of securities and how trading and/or clearing and settlement is conducted. Additional information

Working hours (deviation from ordinary working hours i.e. scheduled on call duty):

* Nordic business calendar
* Working shifts in differing patterns between:  8:00 – 19:00 Travelling:

* Occasional travelling might be required
